Fundamental Requirements for Creativity in an Organizational Context

Rui Filipe Brandão Pereira, Master in Management by ISVOUGA, and Jorge Remondes, Professor of the Curricular Unit of Creativity and Innovation, published in June 2023, a scientific article in RCEJ - Revista de Ciências Empresariais e Jurídicas, Journal of Business and Legal Sciences, of CEOS.PP - Center For Organisational and Social Studies of Polytechnic of Porto.

 

This article is the result of Rui Filipe Brandão Pereira's Master's dissertation, prepared during the COVID-19 pandemic.

 

The results achieved with the research, allow us to conclude that training is determinant for the creativity of employees, innovation is directly related to the degree of creativity, employees working in teams tend to be more creative, and creativity influences organizational development.
